EDIT: 20/6/17 THIS BASE IS NO LONGER FREE TO USE. YOU MUST ASK ME, AND GIVE THE REASON WHY YOU WANT TO USE THIS BASE.This one was kind hard to do, but I still managed to do it, for the DuckTales fans who wanna draw their OC with good 'ol Scrooge
