On April 16th, we celebrated both Easter and my mother’s birthday. This drawing was a birthday gift for her and she loved it!

If you haven’t forgotten, this is Clover. She is Holly’s mother, who is very caring and nurturing, but can be very overprotective of her…Since I don’t draw her that often, I had fun drawing this pencil portrait! Though I had to use white acrylic paint for her highlights since I ran out of white ink.

I think I should draw more similar portraits like this for my characters (and maybe from my favorite fandoms)! So, perhaps that will be the start of my new art series. (Maybe…)
