Soooooooooooooo!
I was really in the mood to try a different background for this drawing and OUT of my dedication it came out beautiful! I am much prouder with this version than the first but I think BOTH are great!

Yeah, I would agree with you that this one is better overall. I think the background definitely compliments the mood better here IMO. I think the other version of the pic would probably make a good wallpaper if the width were longer and the stars weren't blurry.
