This is my adorable Harper. Reason for the title? At a young age, she was brainwashed by her parents to become a dictator-like figure when she got older. She tried to take over her old pack but got kicked out... Now, she's with a new pack and loves to spread rumors and secrets that'll just get the group into trouble.

Once again, I didn't use GIMP, SAI... Photoshop. None of those programs. I'm sure it'd be easier to use them but I'm so confused with the way they work I resort to something easier. Hence why the colors are flat and such. I'll get better though. With time.
