I've tried a couple times, but I can't seem to get into the flow of writing an actual story(not at all helped by the fact that I'm, admittedly, a complete amateur with little-to-no knowledge or experience in storytelling)...

Believe it or not, Malachite actually takes this way too easily.
Hulk may be able to grow stronger through anger, but Malachite's an unstable psychopathic sociopathic fusion that combines the OPness of Lapis's Hydrokinesis (which was enough that Lapis forged a tower using all of Earth's water reaching PAST the atmosphere all while CRACKED AND WEAKENED, and showed 0Β strain) and Jasper's brute will and strength.
Malachite was actually so powerful she overpowered Alexandrite, only loosing when her guard dropped thanks to the Watermelon Stevens attack, allowing Alexandrite to gain the upper hand.
Hulk may be a monster, but Malachite's a savage BEAST-

I'm 99.99% sure that Hulk solos Steven Universe with ease. Hulk is literally powerful enough to destroy the planet with his punches, nobody in SU has even shown to be planet level.
To be honest, Hulk shitstomps Malachite with zero effort. I'm pretty sure Krillin could defeat the diamonds with ease.

It's not really opinion, it's just that Hulk is incredibly powerful compared to anyone in Steven Universe, Lapis only took care of the main Crystal Gems, she's never dealt with anything as powerful as the Hulk, who's stalemated THOR several times in the comics. Seriously, Malachite gets wrecked.

It's funny, I was actually just thinking how funny it would be for a Avengers and Gems crossover with a Hulk vs. Garnet Scene with a tribute to DC Comics:
Hulk: "HULK SMASH!!"
POW!(Garnet takes him out in one punch)
Iron Man: "I'll say this about Garnet, She's Efficent"
Amethyst: "One punch! One Punch!!"
Pearl: "Good afternoon, everyone. We're ready to- ACK! Garnet! What Happened?!"

Hulk would destroy garnet her gauntlets canβt even hurt him if that happened her gauntlets would completely shatter and besides hulk has a healing factor even if garnet hurt him heβll just heal him self and pummel garnet to the ground and has better strength feats than her and by the way then hulk grabs garnets leg and says HULK SMASH BLOCK HEAD LADY and pummels him like he did to LokiΒ
