I always said i'd come back to this picture to draw in Maki-chan but i never could come back to it because i hated the background >> so after much researching i figured out how to do a decent ocean-like background; and since i just updated Maki, i thought i'd be a appropriate time to do it.Maki & Ritsa © Holyniwa

You have shading down fantastically and anatomy down pretty good, the only real problems in this are matters of composition and color.
First of all, the girls and their details are very hard to see. Lineless is generally very hard to do because you really need to up the contrast so it can been seen clearer. It's fine on their actual bodies but their clothes and hair are very hard to see.
Also, you generally don't want characters to be the same color as the background, it makes them blend into it.
And on a small note you generally want to avoid having both a character's eyes covered by hair unless you can't see them, you'd get the same look if you had the little girl's hair lifted a little.
