the vacuum is held almost like a churn and the mother manages to lick herself with an impossibly long tongue while milk is sucked from her and bugs scatter up the walls. there also appears to be many themes of control here shown by the covering of eyes, the grasping of the leg, and the consumption in the vacuum. most excellent and innovative!
