Alicorns are both pegasi and unicorns. They have wings and a horn. So since your character here doesn't have wings AND a horn, she's just a unicorn.
I suggest that you use the proper terms for the pony. There are quite a few taller ponies in MLP:FiM, but that does not make them Alicorns. Alicorns need both a horn and wings. They also tend to be very powerful and incredibly rare. If you continue to use the wrong names for certain types of ponies, you may end up with a lot of hate and people criticizing you. I, in fact, do not want to see this happen, that is why I am telling you this now. Heed my advice.

Oh I see, well, alicorns have wings and horn, are very powerful, and, rare of course (because there are only 5 alicorns in Equestria and these are all princesses - in canon automatically when is somepony an alicorn, is a princess too).
