Description
I got some new paints, so this was my first finished piece with those. I wanted to test wet into wet, and a couple other techniques, and what better way to test that out than with Tolkien's queen of the stars.
I was also experimenting with inking my watercolors, so this one is inked. After a couple tests, I think I still prefer not inking my watercolors.
