why thanks this is actually the Kinzie street railroad along the Chicago river (by the Sun times building),[link] apparently rather well known and registered as a historic Chicago landmark.

^^ yes it is, i've gone by that bridge countless times on the train and that was my first opportunity to actually photograph it
