Description
This Polish-built CSS 13 (Polikarpov PO-2) from 1956 or 1957 is owned by Hungarian Museum of Transportation, restored and operated by Goldtimer Foundation at Budaörs near Budapest, Hungary, Europe. This shot was taken during Vintage Commercial Vehicles Meeting at Veresegyház, Pest county, Hungary, Europe.

The general purpose aircraft were outdated even in the time of the early WW2 when it earned its fame as night bomber, and as equipment of the 588th Night Bombers, an all-women regiment. The planes were so slow (and later low on radar response) that even contemporary German aircrafts had great difficulties to keep on target (they stalled).
