This might sound odd, but I love the teeth at the bottom, I think they really stand out and also draw your attention towards the rest of the shapes in the piece, almost like a key to unlocking the hidden form of the face.
I also really like that blue that you used around the eye near the bottom.
Very striking. I bet this looks fantastichnyi in person.
