"This just doesn't look right... Could you help me point out what I'm missing?"

Ceri wants to draw something STUNNING for Rathe to show his appreciation towards his husband, but he can't seem to get his art to where it needs to be! At most, he can draw a shaky, rather questionable picture of the two but the mage would much rather be able to give something that will make Rathe wow. Well, he could probably pay an artist to do it for him, but that just isn't the same as doing it yourself now is it? Maybe if Ceri had some examples of truly gorgeous art, it could inspire him to improve much faster! And that? That's where you come in. Show Ceri what his art is missing through your own art! Backgrounds, dynamic poses, shading you name it, and hopefully by the end of this Ceri will come out a tiny bit better of an artist than he was before. Then again, when you're at rock bottom the only direction you can go is up.

We will be picking the winner judged mainly on how accurately you portray / draw the characters (including their design details) and creativity + originality !!
Drawing backgrounds are a HUGE plus!
Adding little details from their bios (likes, hobbies etc...) are also a big plus!

Digital art, traditional art, pixels, fullbodies, chibis and animations are all welcome!
Your entry must be made for this event and this event only!
You can have up to 3 entries !! Do keep in mind only one entry can win, and quality > quantity
You can participate in BOTH categories but you can only win one!
Please note I may upload your art to my TH and use it personally with proper credit ofc !!
I will NEVER use your art for commercial use / use your art for profit.
Please directly link this contest in your entry description for others to find out about!
I'll be replying to the entries at the very end of the competition to keep it fair <3
If you draw Ceri with Rathe, you can draw him smiling, although his smiles are usually VERY subtle.
