Huh, what happened here? I was inactive for few days and now I keep seeing this weird "biting pear" stuff.
I should have expected that it was april fools day. Most websites are having weird events going on. ^^
That reminds me, I almost named this character as April or Avril... Because I made my first drawing of her on April.
I guess, I'm glad that I named her Sorbet. :3
It has been a while since I have done proper backgrounds. I forced myself to put effort in it.
For next project I might draw 2 or 3 characters in one picture, but let's see how my computer can handle it.
After that I will try to do a comic page, if I have an idea for a story ready.
What I fear about creating story and dialogue, is that I have zero exprerience on those.
I fear that it will end up weird or cringy. > <* But I have to start somewhere...

I like how the character is integrated with the background.
How big is she? If she can hold a leaf as a sunshade, I guess she's almost as big as a thumb?

She is normal size, it's just the leaf. I wanted to draw a oriental umbrella, but the leaf was bit easier.
True, I first planned her to wear a swimsuit for the picture to make more sense, but I guess this looks better. ^^

Just a normal one-piece swimsuit, for example the "school swimsuit" that I keep seeing in some artworks.
I like to draw summer and water themed stuff, so swimsuits would be fitting for that kind of art. But I don't know if swimsuits are considered as too 'ecchi' on this site.
