I was informed today (June 7) that today ten years ago was the day that Kim Possible first aired.

I remember I was in college and first heard of KP while reading an Entertainment Weekly while I was in college. My girlfriend at the time thought the concept was stupid (she's no longer here) I thought it was cool and unique, especially the drawing style.

Years later for some reason which to this day escapes me, I came across RonBWL's YouTube page (yes I'm holding you responsible, lol) and ultimately fell in love with the show. The dialogues between Drakken and Shego alone made it worth watching.

KP became a tool for me to practice drawing programs on the computer, I figured that the simple line drawing style of the show could be easily replicated on Fireworks and Illustrator (mostly Fireworks) and after a while I kinda got the hang of it, and then my overactive creative mind (which had laid dormant for a while with the routines of news graphics) shot to life and suddenly I found myself continuing this show's story for years afterwards...eventually I'll get it out of my system, but in the meantime it's a lot of fun giving the show's fans something new and innovative to look at and to watch their favorite characters progress in a post-2007 world.

For commemorating the event, I wanted to show a little evolution of Kim, starting with her amateur spy days all the way up to a Global Justice agent. I know it's my little imaginary world, but we all know from hints that she eventually ends up there.
