Thought the last one was fine but this works too!
Only thing I don't like is the turquoise touch of the darker parts.
Are they intentionally so saturated or were they supposed to be "black"?

Oh I see. How'd you get to picking turquoise? Its really contrasting to the rest.
I took another look at the other 2 starters and that changed my mind about beige fitting Calflare.
I always try to make a nice balance between the 3 starters, colour-wise, and with Calflare being beige and turquoise, all three of them include a "green" colour and their main colours are all very light.
Not saying it should be orange. An interesting thing I noticed is that orange has been prominent in most Fire starter while none of them had a red tone as their main colour. Would a darker redish tone look worse on it?

I personally think the only thing Calflare and Tepig have similar are the colours, the rest are very different.
Like how Tepig's body is more compact and pudgy, much more like a boar. Calflare has a much more defined cow build, which might I mention you did amazing on!

looks like.... NAH JUST KIDDIN!!! BUT it would be nice to see this fkmn without the blackish collar and without the yellow markings from the eyes and ears, in exchange the "horns" woud be yellow and not red. Leaving it simple, cute and craving for a more dramatic final evo. YEAH i know im supposed to just coment and not redesign the whole thing :S

Not really. The only foreseeable issue might be that all the starters would then have very pale palettes. Though you tend to use somewhat subdued colors if your palettes anyway, so it's not a huge problem. I'd just make sure to have a bright accent color.
Bubblebon seems more blue though, so as long as calflare is like, pure white, it shouldn't be an issue. Though for good measure you may want to saturate Bubblebon's colors a TINY bit... and I'm probably just as cautious as you since I love his palette already.
Maybe do a color sheet, have each of their lines, and play around with filling them with different colors to see what you think.

Wow, Hari, what an improvement! The changes aren't that major, but the ressemblance with Tepig more or less disappeared (aside from the colourscheme, but you said you wouldn't be changing that anyway

The palette is still REALLY close to Tepig (granted you changed it since my last comment) Had you though of switching the red and orange? Or even making the body gold? There is a long history of Golden calf references in Both the Torah, Bible, and other documents surrounding Egypt and the general area. That could be a neat concept.
