Info: This Pokemon is responsible for the frigid temperatures in the Southern Dhiomme. Its blizzards are rumored to last for months.
The actual base for this pokemon is Genbu [link] which is also called the Warrior of the North!

I have had a Fakemon just like this.
Given, mine has feet and not flippers (tortoise as opposed to turtle), but he's Water/Ice, based off Genbu, and has an iceberg-esque shell.
His face looks different, though.
Mine is like an icy Torterra, I guess you could say.
