Yeah, medibang is free! It's pretty good!
When you are drawing in medibang and a lot of other software, you can add different layers. The layers are basically parts of the drawing stacked on top of each other. So you make a layer to draw the lines on, then a few layers for the colors, then a few layers for shading. That way when you erase the colors you don't erase the lines on accident for example. I made more layers than I probably needed, and in the end I had like 52 XD
