*Sarcastic* "Oh yeah sure, that is totally what happened." Xiler can be very sarcastic, but it usually only shows up when someone asks whatever he'd consider a stupid question. Stupid questions get sarcastic answers. That's what he believes at least.

*Adventurous* "Ooh! Let's go here, it looks fun!" Xiler is very adventurous, wanting to explore every inch of his surroundings. He says it's simply so that he knows his way around in case he needs to make a fairly swift escape.

*Dedicated* "Not now, I'm very focused on this - and if you keep talking, I'll mess up!" Xiler is dedicated to his job as part of Team Rocket, and wants to get the job done. If someone distracts him, he tries his best to ignore them and continue working.

*Reckless* "A Zebstrika! Let's fight 'em! We can take 'em on!" Xiler is very, very reckless, and tends to pick fights with others much stronger and larger than him. This often worries his co-workers, who often try to hold him back so he doesn't completely kill himself.

*Dishonest* "I took care of that kid you wanted me to get rid of. He won't be bothering you aaaany longer." Xiler is highly dishonest, and to top it, he's a fantastic liar. He lies to get his jobs done, and feels no remorse for it; even if it does end up getting someone severely injured or even killed in the crossfire.

*Versatile* "Sorry guys, sudden change of plans! I gotta split!" Xiler is very adaptable to sudden changes in plans, environment, or opponents. Sudden as something may be, sudden as he changes. He may not be a Zoroark, but he can certainly adapt without needing to cast an illusion over himself.

Background History
As an egg, Xiler was watched over by his mother, a Arbok. She was a very ambitious and cruel Pokemon, beating his father and driving him away. When Xiler hatched, she convinced him that his father had left them for his own selfish gains, playing as the victim. She taught him only bad things about his father. This caused Xiler to gain a deep hatred for his father, who was actually a very generous Seviper, though framed for wrongdoings by his mate's gang to keep him away from his only son - leaving him in the coils of that wretched Arbok.
As Xiler grew up, he learned that his mother was part of Team Rocket, and that what she did was good - and what his father did, was bad. He learned to steal from others and do wrongdoings because they were good deeds. So, as a youngster, he stole. He stole a lot of things. From money, to children, to valuable items. Team Rocket praised his mother for raising such a devious child, though he always felt an unnerving drumming that came from his heart, and made him fairly uncomfortable on each mission.
He still doesn't know what it is, or if it's just his imagination, but Xiler knows his place is with Team Rocket, as one of the grunts, and he will happily serve Team Rocket in place of his mother - who was a valiant member. If "valiant" and "Team Rocket" were synonyms.

Xiler was standing at his post, head swiveling this way and that while his ears moved about independently. He was alert, awaiting for the next poor soul to walk up and end up battered and beaten. However, it wasn't a poor soul that he heard arriving, oh no. It was another member of Team Rocket. With a respectful nod of his skull, he moved his slender figure to the side, allowing them entry into the base. He watched them as they passed, piercing custard irises scanning every movement, before he moved back to his post, and awaited the next Pokemon to arrive.
