This painting has a wonderfully warm feeling to it, which is what attracted me to look at it in the first place. The horse's body language and the warmth create an overall joyful feeling. Now I'm all tingly inside.

hmmm... I think I know what's wrong... the left hind hoof needs to be a tiny bit closer to the ground (about one hoof's height) and on the right hind-leg, from the gaskin down, it can be moved a teensy bit forward (the thigh is perfect though) other than that, everything looks great

no... THIS one is made of sun. Those colours are so beautiful, I adore them... The stride and mechanics etc of the horse are so well done, she's almost like poetry in motion. The movement flows

Thank you, I'm so pleased you like it! Its certainly a very different build of horse than I've approached before - more of the pony type. That could be why it feels niggly-wrong, but I'm very glad it's alright overall!

This piece brings back a memory for me.
