Description
Time for a new experiment! I've had these little glass shards that I've used to make ice dragons in the past. Making colored crystals in clay got me wondering if I could dye my pieces of glass to get a colorful gemstone look, and perhaps save myself some time and effort. Well! The end result looks cool, but it still felt rather time-consuming, since I decided to use four different colors of gems, and dyed each piece of glass one at a time. Maybe next time I'll stick to just one color. In any case, the effect is interesting, and I love how vibrant the colors are.
Crafted from Premo polymer clay, Swarovski crystal elements, dyed glass, bugle beads, and handmade fairy wings. This dragon has been sold.
