There are a lot of common superhero tropes that I use for the DGverse because... I just like that type of stuff.
One of the most common ones in superhero stuff is Mind control. And OFC DG has a villain that deals with that.
A woman who, in her attempt to be closer to supers and basically experience super powers herself, mutated herself in order to gain the ability to possess humans in a ghostly manner.
And what hero better to start with than the rookie that doesn't seem to be using her powers to full effect?
