We must pray every day, when you're tempted to anger, pray. When you're tempted to idle talk or to gossip, pray for the person you're tempted by. When you're persecuted or attacked, pray for the person. Most importantly, make sure to begin and end each day with prayer! It's not always easy, and some days we do better than other days, but it is worth the struggle.
