Mwehehehehe . . . Had it on my mind to draw France and England for ages. Speaking as someone from
, they absolutely got them right.Either way, France is meant to be among the nations that can't see England's fairy friends. So I imagine this situation came about when France grabbed a broomstick and started teasing England about whether he could fly it. England, being fed up with everyone ribbing him about his magic decided to show off and subsequently took France on one hell of a joy ride.
Only, it turns out France is rather scared of heights so now England is considering whether it's ungentlemanly to do a spot of blackmailing before he takes France down to ground level.
EDIT: Guess which dipshit managed to spell Vertigo wrong in the title . . . Some writer I am . . .

This brings to mind the time France walked in on England sleeping while surrounded by a bunch of fairies, gnomes, and unicorns. Priceless!

Then you gave a sort of understandable clue in your colouring in of England asleep on his desk and so I searched "Arthur Kirkland" into Google and OMG!
