Description
To honor my favorite children's book and cartoon movie of all time-I am drawing a three-piece set of dragons flying. This is the first out of the series right now. This of course is another European dragon-I might draw different types later on. It's only a young dragon, that is why he is so scrawny looking. But anyways I am placing this as mixed media because all I did to the drawing was use a simple cloud filter on it so you can feel like the dragon is actually flying. This drawing took 4 hours and I'm so proud of myself that I did not smear this drawing once (I'm a lefty you see) and the muscle tone is perfect this time.(c) Dragon belongs to me

I have that film on VHS, brought it from someone who got it when it came out, except it is in not so good shape (blips in the middle and the audio messes up a few times)
Wish I had a better version....This dragon is wonderful, would love to see a colored version some day.

I had to pirate the movie because I watched the VHS tape so much when I was a kid I basically burnt it out. I don't know if they will ever sell it on dvd, the last unicorn is more popular.

Wait untilthe other two come...lol. I finally bought the movie, I watched it on Disney when I was 5 every single time it came on and then I never saw it again until I was 16. I had to buy it off of the internet to find it-omg I love that movie though. Plus Gorbash is the coolest dragon that has ever lived, besides Draco of course.

Well I saw the film when I was about 8 on BBC & then it was never repeated. It wasn't available at all in the UK until some friends of mine tracked it down & got a copy from the copyright owners. It was bliss watching it again after all those years.
& I *am* looking forward to seeing the other two when you're done.

Yeah-I'm going to draw a baby Gorbash-because he was so damn cute...and another dragon flying I think...maybe we'll see how my life turns out in the next few weeks!
