Mm. I'm on 3U. I got into it after a friend nagged meΒ to get it.
I'm currently an R5 Guild, R9 Village player. My favorite armors are the Lagiacrus U, Aelucanth, Brachydios, Damascus, and Yamato sets. I use the Switch Axe (More specifically, the Dios Axe+) the most. Using my Brachydios armor, and my Dios Axe+, I have cut down 8 Jhen Mohran. But yeah, I just charge in, Axe a-swingin', and rip my way through everything. So far, it's worked out quite nicely.

If the guy is very experimented, may be he can defeat him. i see a lot of players like this one who went alone and they could defeat very powerfull monsters without help. Increible.

that guy is either very very good, or very very bad at this game.
Latter is self explanatory. One does not simply swing against a charging Rajang.
Former however, would be if this guy knows exactly how much damage he's doing, where, and knows that the swing will land before he gets mowed down, and that said swing will cause it to flinch.
Then again, this could be blocking [difficult for me to identify at this angle. Not a GS user myself], in which case, yeah, that guy is screwed xD

That thing is awesome to hunt. It's fast, your rolls have to be timed almost perfectly and the moves look amazing and can be predicted by the way it moves after a few minutes of observation (unlike two specific red and green wyvern that charge without any preparation whatsoever). But I'm a Long sword user so anything that is fast and agile is a lot of fun to hunt in my opinion.

idk. i use a great sword all the time...its good for sending things up in the air and blocking, but im not so sure now...maybe he still has a lil chance of survival. if he could block the attack then do a counter. that would be my best bet.

What I am trying to say is that you probably never even played this phenomenal game long enough to actually get to the better monsters, Nor do you have the attention span to play one of the best games to EVER come out of Japan.
Screw final fantasy, Screw pokemon, this game has obtained so much popularity in several Asian countries that the online MMORPG version of Monster Hunter that they have released fourteen seasons OF monster hunter frontier (MMORPG version of Monster hunter) that is more then world of warcraft, It has a HUGE market and It is one of the best games, Point I am trying to make is that you probably chucked your psp/console when you were on the first star missions, simply because you couldn't play a game that doesn't grab your two second attention span in like fucking Tyrannosaurus jaws (Games like Call Of Duty).
