Sorry to say so but Gore's powder may not work at all. The reason: During bad weather, rain or wind could wash or blow the powder away. Leaving Gore open to other threats.

Before I was pretty afraid of this virus stuff. The story is actually well told this time so they built that up nicely.
Turns out you can turn that virus into a buff so that was a big relief

The gore magala doesn't have eyes at this stage or they're covered and it's explained in-game that the loose powder he spreads via the scales on his wings act as a sort of sensor, the same way a cat uses his whiskers ^^
