Description The kiriban that Pcyzicus caught a long time ago is finally done! Phew! It was really fun to draw an animated chibi again, it's been a while. SeeU from the korean version of Vocaloid

I took the liberty of killing many birds with one stone with this, and made a speedpaint as well as prepared for a tutorial that I'm going to make as a next step. It'll take a bit longer for the tutorial to come up though. It'll be a tutorial on how to make blinking eyes, really easily
