This is my original character for lacunastation.utopia-host.com/… . The host of Lacuna Station (a roleplaying game based in the post-TNG era of Star Trek) is also the brilliant artist I commissioned for this piece, All praise and thanks to her! Sheva is depicted here as the avatar of the Betazoid goddess of Peace & Stability, Altha.

Sheva was the last of a line of clones created by an eccentric Andorian bio-engineer who was unable to father children of his own. Her immediate clone predecessor was Sirta Hy'Qiin: www.deviantart.com/damon1984/a… . The clones were genetically based on the remains of a near-perfectly preserved ancient Andorian queen found in the ice of their homeworld. The idea was partly inspired by the famous real life Incan "Maiden" found years ago within a shrine near the 22,100-foot summit of the Argentinian volcano Llullaillaco.
