I wore this suit to Dragon COn 2012, Its the same suit I wore to Megacon 2012, I built a new torso that was a little more detailed and added all the LED lights to the suit also Installed fans in the helmet which helped alot with fogging issues and actually kept the helmet a little cooler inside to wear for longer periods of time, I did not take this phot but credit goes to whoever took the picRelated content

To start learning how to build your own set of armor your best bet is to check out the 405th, that is the site where I learned how to make my own armor and if I can do it you can to it easy actually once yolu understand how to make it, if you decide to give it a try the easiest method for the armor is the foam method using foam floor mats, thats how all my suits are made and its cheaper to make them with out using any crazy chemicals like fiberglass resin and Bondo

THank You, the suit in the picture is made out of Eva foam floor mats that was hot glued together, I prefer this method becasue the armor is lightweight and flexible
I actually am working on a Daft Punk Thomas helmet but I haven't touched it in about 2 months due to all my Halo builds taking time fromn it, I will post pics of it once I get a chance to make it look a little more presentable
