i'm a big fan of Rick Leonardi's work.....i hope i did him some justice here.yes, this is another quick, warm up sketch i do daily over at Outcast Studios. we do this challenge Monday through Friday, and always based on a pre selected subject.....so you don't have to waste time thinking what to draw that day.if you're interested come and pay us a visit, the challenge is open to anyone who wants to join. yeah...the color palette work out real fine here. adds a lot to the piece's appeal. i'm not a painter...as you can tell by the crudeness

Digital painting is as difficult as fuck, I won't blame you for not doing so.
I also tend to miss a lot of spots when I'm working on my trad pieces but this was mainly due to me working with markers and that fear of going over the same spot could give you disastrous results.
On the contrary, this is not crude. Not at all!

I am, at my sincerest fault, not acquainted with Leonardi's work.. though this has touches of what i see to be Kieth Giffen and Ted McKeever-esque stylization.. especially that cool shaped head and thick inking you gave ol' Spidey 2099! Sketchiness for the win!
