Reboot Idea #41"Batman Inc."
After the fall of Bludhaven and the rise of a new Batman, Dick Grayson accepted the role from Bruce Wayne on one condition: Bruce would pull his resources to form some sort of unite to help the now ravaged people of Bludhaven, and bring Grayson's former hometown to the city it once way. Wayne accepted and got to work at forming his own team of heroes from around the world: heroes who all were inspired by the legacy Batman, himself established.
From New York City, the ultraviolent vigilante, Midnighter.
From Los Angeles, the newest hero to carry the mark of the bat, Batwoman.
From Keystone City, Robin's former partner is justice, The Spoiler
From Gotham, former district attornery, Manhunter.
From London, former sidekick to JLI member Knight, Squire.
From Canada, the dynamic duo of Toronto, Owlman and Talon
From Africa, the high tech hero, Batwing.
and from Japan, the hero of the shadows, Mr. Nobody.
Together, these heroes are gathered by Wayne (and personally funded) to protect Bludhaven when the city needs the protection the most.
Together, they are Batman Inc.

The concept in itself is not bad, but I've never been a fan of Batman Inc, so it's hard to say if your idea improves on the original or not. However there are a few points that do seem strange in my opinion:
- If I understood your idea correctly, the members of Batman Inc get together when Bludhaven is in need of protection, but what about the new Nightwing (Cassandra)? Isn't she good enough to protect the city on her own?
- Why have Manhunter work in Gotham? Does he work together with the new Batman (Dick) or is he some sort of rival?
- Why move Stephanie (Spoiler) all the way to Keystone, especially when this city is already under Flash's protection?

THIS is the most dynamic group image of all of your reboot ideas, yet! At least on a group standard!! And I think it's because of the way you've colored and set this one up. Really helps to add to the visual appeal of everything. And that ish very important to converge at times too!

Manhunter was always cool, and always stood out as the rebel of any team book she's in (Birds of Prey specifically).
