"StormWatch"

The world is becoming a more dangerous place, and a dangerous world needs heroes to protect. However, despite CHECKMATE standing as the nations first, last, and only organization dedicated to the focus of metahumans, the rest of the world doesn't quite have the same outlook on life. Can CHECKMATE be trusted? Is this "Justice League of America" capable of saving the world. The United Nations doesn't think so.

That's when Elijah Snow comes in.

Claiming to be "well over 100 years old", Snow stood before CHECKMATE as the world's leading authority on metahumans. He has lived many lifes and has seen many sights (and could, very well, be one of the few people on Earth who can remember the pre-reboot DCU). Snow is immeidatly hired to make his own UN sanctioned metahuman team. The people he chooses for the team are, if anything, unique:

Apollo : A former soldier who was blessed with the powerful abilities due to exposure to the sun.

Icon : Dakota based, omega level hero. One of the first individuals to be powered by the Big Bang.

Ravager : Daughter of Deathstroke the Terminator, and one of the most well trained fighters on the planet.

Kid Eternity : Claims to have been given his powers by God himself. Can literally become anybody who has died for two minutes.

Maxima : An all-powerful alien queen. Claims to be "the rightful wife of Super-Man".

OMAC : The last of Maxwell Lord's OMAC army. An amnesiac, OMAC claims to have no record of who he was before the infection.

Together, Snow uses this team to tackle the meta-human based threats on the world BEFORE they can become legit threats.

Together, they wish to tackle the drizzle before it comes a storm.

Together, they are Stormwatch.
