After way too long, I finally finished developing this fan character!
But seriously, you have SweetDream87 to thank. She helped me with the personality, and basically gave me the design for the outfit. Hey, sometimes you need a little help when making characters.

Fiona is a fairy like Ly. She lives in the Summit Beyond the Clouds and she is the keeper of a special chamber(or museum) of relics of Rayman's world(his planet really needs a name.). Though she's graceful and good at management, she can be easily stressed and apprehensive to new things.

This is my character.
But Rayman belongs to Ubisoft.
