This is definitely a great improvement with your hair style, it feels more like how hair flows. Your fish scales/tail also came out super cute!
Its a little weird how her tail bends like she has knees, but its also hard for me to argue the skeletal structure of an imaginary creature. Good work!

Thank you! And I always thought that mermaids tail had human legs under the skin/scales XD Almost like "I don't want to be a mermaid anymore so let's take this tail off"
