Quick question, how do you do the manga style little dots o_o?

Like to get the 'colours/shades'? I use a program called Manga Studio 4ex, in it you can choose how dark your tones are by choosing how densly the 'dots' are packed when you 'colour' with them. I also like using a Gradation tool to make them start out dense then go less dense to get lighting effects. Hope that helps!~
