rendered in a VERY high resolution...i think it was 4500*3000 and then resized to the current size and i think it took like 5 or 6 hours to render with maximum settings.

wow, i really like the water here. i've never seen this kind of water made in terragen man, it looks very realistic. nice pov too and ofcourse the texture is awesome

It feels rather like a real place... maybe a national park. Very calming scene. I'd like to take a rowboat on to the lake.

water = beautiful. thought i would say that since i have harrassed you on it before. for some reason, it feels like the mountains were cut and pasted into scene. i dont know where the feeling is coming from though. then again, sometimes i think real life scenery looks fake when its right in front of me, so i could just be plum crazy.

I'm definitely impressed! This is the kind of feel of pseudo reality I'm after in TG renders - from the landscape (which is a real DEM I presume) and the texturing to the waterscape... absolutely great.

sick render guys, I think that the blue sky and water reflection are two of, if not the, strongest aspects of this image. of course duris' realistic terrains always help!
