Description
That's a idea of my taste, Zinnorokkrah starts recently his own realistic fantasy project. On the first sight it's typical high fantasy, but at a closer look you will find many interesting new ideas.
He published so far two texts about the cultures/creatures of this world (Kthonera). For me the most interesting thing so far are the trolls. No hominids, giant ground sloths are the ancestors of this, now predatory and more aglie creatures. This specimen is a mountain troll, a big nocturnal beast with enough osteoderms under it's Skin that people believe they turn into rock during daytime.
Edit: I change the pic a bit, the snout of the mountain troll is now shorter and I use the drawing again for another, near related species, the forest troll. It's smaller, active at daytime and lives in small groups.
