Well this was obviously influenced by Lord of the Rings... this is just an elf whom (is that right?) I'm going to name Periannath

Fantastic! I'm currently on my second reading of the Silmarillion, and this captures the mindset and culture of the elves beautifully. And, of course, the technique is stunning.
On a side-note, you do know that "Periannath" is the elvish word for the race of Hobbits, don't you?

god i love this pic!!! well all i can say is that becuz she is woman her shoulders should slope a bit more unless she has weirdo man shoulders liek myself XD also i beilve the collar bone is jsut a bit higher..or i could be confused byt he legnth of her nek *is not used to seeing more than where a T-shirt collar cuts off XD*

I think this is the gem of your gallery so far.
However, one thing I'd like to point out is that it seems like you're pressing really hard with your crayon (I'm assuming you used crayons... It might be colored pencil). You can actually get some very smooth strokes with crayons if you're careful enough. To make a color darker, just keep adding layers until you feel it's dark enough (or until the paper won't accept anymore
I really am impressed with the linework in this, though! It really looks like you just colored something you found in a coloring book.

The shading on the edges, especially. If you add with complementary (haha, Mr. Earley's class ;D) I think it'll make her stand out a lot more.

Meybe you should emphasize the girl, though with some heavier shading, which would make her stand out from the background more. ;D
