I have not seen this in a very long while, but this to me is a perfect shot.
The colors and lines draw my eye into the horizon and so my eye trains on the thin line, subconsciously picking up the beautiful; blues, yellows, grays, throughout the picture. The reflection on the moist sand was well thought out, or appears to be at least, and that's the important bit.
I only deducted 1/2 a point on originality because (composition wise) it is a tried and true shot for any landscape and water enthusiast.
I saw you had recently posted a critique, so I decided to spread the good energy. Kudos and great work!

Its absolutely true, I meant no offense. I think its almost impossible to get away from that out on the beach. The only thing that would have brought that up was perhaps a subject (like a doorway or something cool) but that would entirely change the pic's natural identidy. I still love it
