Hp, defense and special attack are greatly increased. Speed lowers.

THIS COULD ACTUALLY WORK, THOUGH.
Though to be honest, I think it's best to increase Attack, Defense, Sp. Def, instead of HP (No Mega Evolution has an increase in HP; that's Zygarde's thing) and Sp. Atk (Gourgeist doesn't have many Special moves, so the increase would be pretty useless). Keep the increase in Defense and decrease in Speed and it'd be prefect.

This is both incredibly fucked up and awesome. If you don't mind me asking, what were you thinking when you made this? Like, what I mean by that is if you were inspired by anything in particular to make Gourgeist go down this route, or even some kind of description as to what's going on? :>

The goop under the mouth looks silly though. (No offense, just a nitpick on my part)
Also, Gurgeist's special attack is atrocious. Giving her an attack boost would make more sense, since its' attack stat is higher. (Base 58 Special Attack vs Base 100 Attack when she's a Super Sized one.)

Yeah, I know that, but it has lots of very good special moves (like Fire blast ) and he changes its type in fire so I think it's anyway so powerful ^^

That's true. It does have a variety of special moves that would become usable with this Mega Evolution. I do hope Gamefreak eventually does add Gen 6 Megas. This would be one I'd definitely use !
