I-am-knot — Morning Route

Not sure what I think about this piece.

But here are my two bits about the pony in the picture. (All of this is my head canon.)
1. Her name is Derpy Hooves. Not Ditzy Doo. Ditzy is some other pony who is also somewhat of a klutz.
2. I recently heard the revamp of Derpys voice. And I prefer the new voice to the original. In my mind Derpy isn't dumb. She is only clumsy. Most likely due to her eye condition. And her old voice made her sound less intelligent. I always wanted Derpy to be used in some kind of don't judge a book by it's cover kind of episode.
3. Last but not least. I really hope she will get some more lines in season 4. Something small like the did last time.

I was thinking more of the light from the windows and the colour of the early evening sky. Looking at it makes my heart feel all fluttery cos it looks all pretty. Similar to the feelings one would feel when in love! Ergo, the picture is romantic! I... I'm very emotionally in tune :3

I am totally with you. Derpy Hooves! And it's Dr Whooves, NOT ****** TIME TURNER!. And Yes, the new voice is great. Not that the old one was bad, I just think the new one is better suited to her personality.  Sweet, Kind, maybe slightly unaware, clumsy and endearing!
And, yes. She needs to be there more!

It depends on the image. This one was only 1179 by 2103. The biggest image I've ever worked on is 5700 by 10080.

I agree. Derpy put those with disabilities in a good light. Removing her is like saying those with disabilities suck. I disagree there, cuz I'm slightly disabled myself. Now Hasbro has to crap on their own show for nothing but toy selling purposes, and to appeal to the butthurt few

Not sure what I think about this piece.

Well, I know what I think, and that is "I like it, a lot"! Derpy's very cute indeed here, and I love the soft shading - and the warm yellow glow of the windows and the beautiful colors of the sky that the rising sun creates give the whole piece a very nice atmosphere.

Here's a bit of insider information for you. The doubt comes from when the piece was a little more than halfway done. The background and Derpy where made separately and when I tried combining them I had some trouble getting it the way I wanted.
And so the doubt from earlier stayed with me. But it's beginning to grow on me.
