Hi Everyone!
I present the cutest baby shower favors I have ever had the pleasure to make. I made 27 of them and a big one for the cake topper and a special purple sheep for the baby

Hand sculpted in cold porcelain clay.
Tiny glass marbles for eyes.
Small little flowers on their heads and a dot of acrylic paint to accent the rosy cheeks.

Measure 1" H (2.54 cm)

I've started using cold porcelain and LOVE IT. i am so glad you got a DD so i could find this stuff! thank you for sculpting
so i've been noticing that the small things i can make dry over night most of the time, but your sheep are kinda big, do you make them from solid cold porcelain and have to wait a few days? or do you give them something in the center?
i'm on the coast so it could be the fact that the air here is so damp that they don't dry quickly.

Hi~ great that you are sculpting with cold porcelain.
Smaller things will dry faster than a piece with a larger quantity of clay in the design.

The sheep pictured are small, but the larger versions I have made using a styrofoam ball to add volume without having to use so much clay.

Since the clay air dries, yes...weather makes a difference in the drying times for the pieces. As long as you let them dry well before sealing, your pieces should be fine.
