While at the Wolf Mountain Sanctuary, they got the wolves to start howling...it was an AMAZING experience watching him howl inches away from me!!! *sniffle*Related content

Last time I volunteered there, he kept bothering me and wouldn't settle down until I started brushing his fur. Then he would stretch out on his side and fall asleep. I sat with him nearly all day once, just brushing away his dead undercoat and watching him twitch in his sleep. He's fabulous.

I wish I lived close enough to volunteer there!!! But the time I did spend with him I absolutely treasure!!! I was brushing his fur and he fell asleep just like my own dog...his fur smelled sooooooo good!!! I'm hoping to go back there for my birthday again this year!!!

Yeah, he does smell good. Most of the wolves there smell pretty good, unless they are Mireya... >_> Her brother, Mishomi, was pretty smelly, too, for obvious reasons. (He enjoyed rolling in unspeakable things.)

It was the coolest thing EVER! After he started howling, all of the wolves in the sanctuary started howling, too!!!! Made me cry!!!
