The prompt was extremely simple and straightforward, I have no tips for improvement! Perfect as is.

Please explain how you interpreted the prompt to create your design. Which features did you use? Did you stick to the chosen palette or make changes to it? Does the design you created have any special abilities or quirks?

I interpreted feral in this case as being a land creature of sorts and drew more from the seagull for the anatomy of the body. I made the features more monstrous and warped the beak to have an extra row of teeth like a shark would. The large wings are feathered on the outside and underneath have the texture of fins. In addition to shark fins, the tail has seagull feathers to help with steering and balance. I incorporated the pirate elements with ship rope, torn flags, and stolen jewelry, as well as a peg leg.
