Absolutely lovely. I adore the detail put into the character, although truth be told it would have been much more lovely if more effort was put into the sky (I think that's what it is).

Also, I love the way you deviated from the traditional conception of 'reaper'. Good job. Very well done. Oh and I adore how you drew the fabric attached to that incense burner thing, if I drew it, I wouldn't have been able to actually make it clear/obvious that the incense burner was being swung. Brilliant.

Sorry for the painfully long comment, but I really like this drawing and I thought you at least deserve some appreciation for such a good piece.

Quite cool. And quite different from the usual, overly dark interpretations of the theme. On which I applaud you.
