I like the impressionnist feel of it all.

Thank you. Yes, it is an unusual subject that lends itself to interpretation.
I looked at your galleries; I'll be browsing them again, interesting collection.

Thank you, my apologies for taking so long to reply; travel, internet access problems and a huge workload have combined to keep me away from DA. I hope to have it all sorted soon, then I can become active here again.

Thank you; that day was very rewarding.

Good advice, on the rare occasions I go without camera, I see innumerable once-in-a-lifetime-shots. Like going without umbrella because the weather bureau says it won't rain, hah!

Thank you, I liked this series; there were some strong images came out of that day. Try to shoot from a high angle with the sun behind your main subject. It becomes very graphic. Ian.

Arkka, yes, just like that! I saw this picture on your site and immediatelly knew that you have the eye to be a great photographer. Do you have the business acumen and merciless drive to become rich and famous? I doubt it; like me you love others too much. You are too kind to step on others to fill your own pockets. But, like me, I think you can make a living at it and get extreme satisfaction.

Wow, thanks for the encouraging words, Sir! That really means a lot for me, maybe it was the best compliment I ever received.
Yeah you're right, in fact I hate the word 'fame' or 'famous' they means nothing without quality. Actually, it's an honor Sir to be like you, and that's why I keep watching you, so that I can learn many things from you.
And yes, I always want to have job that I enjoy doing it.

I regret to say, it was easy. The light, the vantage point at the top of a cliff, the time of day and the subject all came together. Another 360 days of the year it would have been different. Carry your camera everywhere! Carry a tripod when you go off the beaten track. You'll sweat, you'll get fit and you'll get good photos. The other 360 days....
