Description
So I decided to try my hand at digital art. Actually, by that I mean, I decided I would like to learn how to paint in photoshop. The original painting is still up: [link]I would LOVE some critique!

It's really nice and I'm no expert but If you want a bit of critique you could have made it that Cloud is holding her tight by making her torso and waist droop down ,and make her head droop a little also and loosen up her curls a bit, it's overall the BEST pic I've seen representing Aerith and her wings could be more detailed and smaller, HOT background By the way..

The concept is good, but Aerith's body is unusually suspended--her head is raised, but nothing is supporting it. Secondly, her skirt looks like billowing pants. Cloud's left arm sorta withers away into something not capable of supporting Aerith's body as well.
Otherwise, I love that Aerith's spirit is the main source of light in this image. You've done a good job here.

I'm glad someone was honest enough to point out how many things are wrong with this picture (and I'm sure there are more).
The truth is, I knew there were problems and the original artwork was done 2 summers ago. However, I was too lazy to completely redo it >.<

There aren't many images that are flawless, if any. But your basic concept is lovely, and the critiques are things to keep in mind when you do art later in the future.
