Taken at the photobooth at today's con ^-^.Haven't found any IA cosplayers so far... Am I the first one then?
Hehe, I look so derpy in this picture =_=. Also, after walking around the whole day, my wig went plush.

Ah, this cosplay was made quite some time ago, yeah~
My skills were pretty basic back then. I bought a normal black long-sleeve shirt, and altered it. I added the white ribbons later.
Sorry if this isn't really a good explanation, there might be better cosplayers who can help you out maybe u @

If I may, where did you get your boots? I really want to do an IA cosplay, but making the boots will be hard and yours look right. Thanks! Also your cosplay is really good! I like it a lot!

I found these regular white boots in a secondhand store, it was a super lucky find Q u Q After that, I bought pink ribbons and buttons, and attached them to the boots by hand.
I can't really give you advice on where to find boots similar to them, but I guess you could also try white rain boots and do the same as I did.

I'm sure you can try! For me, cosplay isn't mainly about looking pretty or looking the part, but rather than that, having fun in doing something you like to do ^-^! Don't be afraid to give it a shot :3

Envy! I want to cosplay as her this July for TNT but I don't have a wig ( costume) whereas I have a Miku wig but no costume... and Miku would be cheaper... time to thrift shop and learn to sew!

I'm cosplaying as IA soon! Though, I have a rather large dilemma. I don't have her shoes or socks! ;_; How did you make yours, if I might ask?

The shoes were just normal laqured boots I got from a friend`s mother, and I just adjusted them. It was a lucky find, really CX I hope you can get your hands on the right shoes as well (they`re also for sale online, I think...) I got the question before, somewhere in the comments, there`s a detailed description.
The socks where also just regular zettai ryouki (one of them), the other one is a normal knee-height sock. When you sew on the white ribbon, make sure you don`t attach it all around the sock or else it won`t stretch anymore. First, measure around your leg how much you need (x2 because there are two ribbns), then attach at two points or so.
If you have any more questions ^-^ feel free to ask. I`m thinking about making some close-up picutures so you can see more detail.

Did you make the boots or did you buy them? If you made them How???

I made them myself. Buy some white laquered boots, and a lot of pink ribbons. Also, two big buttons for the front (If you can't find any in the right color, buy plain ones and cover them in the pink band).

I used a strap of black cloth, it's comfier when it's a little stretchy so it will fit better. I sewed two push-buttons at the back, and attached a white ribbon at two points on the inside (make sure you dont attach it all the way, or else the black cloth won't be stretchy anymore. Also, make sure you use a little bit more white ribbon so it can still stretch). The silver pendant was made by a good friend of mine, he's a goldsmith in training. As far as I know, he used something like silver-colored alpaca or something... but I have to ask him to make sure.

No, they were just reguar white laquered boots. It was a lucky find, really. The whole proces takes too long to explain, but it was a lot of work ^-^". The choker was nothing compared to it.
