Man, poor Sans he has to deal with all these voices in his head, and visions, and hallucinations, sometimes they even argue with each other, must be tough to deal with, welp at least Gaster isnt here for now, he is really debbie downer, even more than Fell is.  Kind of curious, if Chara is involved in this story, somehow at all.  Also, I dont know why, but I found it funny, when headless Pap, was like "You do realize that's how depressions works, right__, and the Fell just cuts him off, but I just like yes Pap, thats exactly right, but of course it wouldnt go through Fell's/San's thick skull, anyways I just found it really funny and cute for some reason.  Anyways, I found it really interesting, if i am getting it right that is, that Fell is a personification/hallucination of Sans (and are using Fell, that is probably why Fell doesnt have the gold tooth or crack in his skull like he usually does, because Sans doesnt it, or the collar either, but that differs all the time, because u just see it as good distinction, contrast, he actually is just ur Sans in this), same with Gaster & headless Papyrus, they are the same as Fell, and are just Sans and inner, true thoughts, at least to Sans, some more darker and than others, so Papyrus personifies Sans more lighter, optimistic thoughts, it just does so by taking the form of Pap, since Pap is the light of Sans life, and he is headless because of Sans' guilt, while Gaster is the same, he Sans, but just takes the form of an old friends, and speaks his more dark, deep, and depressing thoughts, sure Fell can voice those types of thoughts, too, but I feel like he is more of a mixture of Pap & Gaster, and more like a truer personification of Sans & his thoughts, without being too hopeful like Pap or too dark like Gaster, though he can lean more either way depending on the situation, and who wins the arguments in his head, or some other reason, anyways Fell is just more of Sans true, more straightforward, honest thoughts, that Sans wont usually say, Sans being Sans and all, anyways there could be more hallucinations in the future for Sans, that have actual personalities besides those 3 in the future, who knows but those are the main as well (of course he has other hallucinations and visions as well, like of other timelines, or the mixture of Fell & Gaster when Fell started becoming Gaster, and more probably, and maybe more in the future, and Flowey is kind of the same as Sans hallucinations, but takes on more of Flowey's characteristics and Papyrus's hallucination), anyways this comic is so interesting, I love it, u can really see how these resets, etc. are having on people's minds and souls, esp. Sans, Pap, & Alphys, the mental & psychological stuff is great in this, and when there is more physical stuff and fights u do them well, i like, anyways I love it, and I cant wait for more of that, and just more of this amazing comic in general and ur work, I tried to wait until there was a few more pages of this comic, or least until next week pages, so I can have some to binge read, which should have been easy enough to do, due to ur really regular and timely updates, but I just couldnt this comic is just too good and addicting, I love it cant wait for more, now time to wait.    Kind, of curious to know how Sans was like "Before" of all this, now in this comic.  Also, surprises that I was the 1st to comment, anyways now to wait for more work from u, esp more new pages/parts/etc. of this lovely comic, "Waking Nightmare", it is seriously one of my new favorites, and I cant help help but read it whenever their is new stuff, or just re-read it, even when I try to resist doing so, so I can binge read/watch/etc., most of the time I cant do that, like this time.
